IH SYNPIC SYSTEM is an open-source intelligent research platform for Pichia pastoris (Komagataella phaffii), providing data integration, AI models, literature search, and bioinformatics tools.

4. Data Usage
The Platform integrates data from public scientific databases (such as PubMed, UniProt, GenBank, etc.). Users should comply with the terms of use and citation requirements of each data source. The Platform is not responsible for the accuracy of third-party data.

The Platform code is released under the Apache 2.0 open-source license. Users may freely use, modify, and distribute the code, subject to the terms of the Apache 2.0 license.

Apart from open-source code, the Platform's trademarks, logos, and original content are protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized commercial use is prohibited.

The Platform is provided as-is without any express or implied warranties. AI model predictions are for reference only and do not constitute professional advice. Users should independently verify the accuracy of data and results.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the IH SYNPIC SYSTEM team shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Platform.
9. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Modified terms will be posted on the Platform, and continued use constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
